Shipping policy

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Now we have 3 warehouse in United Stated. They are located in CA,NJ & GA

You will receive your order in 2-5 business days from the date that it is placed.

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

Once we receive your order, we will process it in the same day and send out the item in the second day from Monday to Friday. Saturday's orders will be sent out together with Sunday's orders.

UPS/FEDEX Shipping

The transit time depends not only on the distance between your location and our warehouse, but also the efficiency of the carrier. Generally, your order will arrives in 2-5 business days. If you want to know more information, please contact our customer service. We will settle your problem as soon as possible.

Delivered

Generally,UPS or FEDEX put the items at the front gate,or customers can call to UPS or FEDEX to require them put somewhere as you would like. 

If you don't receive the items,please contact the carrier to see if they have delivered the item to the right place. Meanwhile, please send us your contactable phone number so we are able to claim against the carrier to search for the package. Generally, we will get the search result one week later.
